    Procurement (Non Production)

The opportunities in this area are wide ranging – you could find yourself working in IT, Marketing or HR. But whatever your specialism, you’ll be tasked with sourcing new suppliers, negotiating great deals and managing relationships with stakeholders and colleagues in other functions of our organisation.

    Your experience

With a strong background in procurement or sales, you’ll have worked in a commercially driven environment. We’ll expect you to be a strong negotiator who can focus on ensuring supplier sourcing, cost, quality and timings are all delivered against plan.

    Your skills

A brilliant negotiator and budget manager, you’ll be highly self-motivated, enthusiastic, determined and capable of using your initiative to achieve results. Capable of building strong relationships with everyone you work with, you should also have great business acumen and a real passion to succeed.

    Trading Division

We’re currently enjoying an exciting period of growth and success, and our Trading Division is at the sharp end of all our global expansion programmes as it supports the development of new projects. With facilities in the UK, China and India, and one under construction in Brazil, roles in this area could take you further than you ever imagined.

    Your experience

You’ll have worked in a manufacturing environment as a key member of complex supply chain network, purchasing non-localised parts and managing in-bound materials. It will have been your task to escalate any issues, conduct risk assessments, deliver progress reports and manage any changes to the scope of your projects.

    Your skills

A proven track record in a purchasing, commercial or project management role is vital for success in a Trading role. With this in mind, you should be a superb communicator and negotiator, and with a good understanding of global business conditions for the auto industry, we’ll expect you to have the ability to work calmly under pressure.
