Our Special Vehicles Operations workshop produces world-class flagship models, including armoured, limited edition, bespoke, diplomatic, royal, and commercial vehicles. Our ambitious plans for the future are centred on options for performance enhancement, sport designs and personalisation, and when you join our manufacturing team you’ll use all your experience of systems, processes and functions to deliver the highest level of quality for our VIP customers. Key responsibilities include body, interior and exterior fitting, show car preparation and finessing, but we’ll expect you to be confident at developing processes and resolving build issues too. You’ll also carry out ‘one-off’ fixes and assisting with a continuous improvement (Kaizen) approach by using problem solving tools.


Our SVO engineers are pivotal in ensuring our most awe-inspiring products are designed, developed, and delivered on time, and within budget. It’s a unique chance to directly impact some of the most exciting and prestigious vehicles we have ever produced. We are currently searching for highly skilled project and specialist engineers to look after a range of vehicle aspects and programmes. This could range from areas such as vehicle engineering, chassis and trim accessories to quality and programme management. Join us here, and you’ll liaise with internal partners in areas like Design, Core Engineering, Manufacturing/AME and D&R to ensure seamless product development. And of course, you’ll also work closely with our CAD Engineers and Programmes team, as well as external suppliers. All whilst playing a key part in developing some of the most innovative product solutions in the industry, taking them from concept through to launch.
